We can help you with the quality of meats that you will need to satisfy the ravenous crowds. For whole pig or lamb we recommend 500gm per person and for boneless meats (rolled roast or juicy piece of meat) we recommend 300gm per person.

What meat do I choose?
Pork, Beef, Lamb and Chicken all great choices and if you decide to go boneless it makes life much easier if you choose pieces of similar size, they will cook at similar rates.
What’s it going to cost?
Tough question to answer here but give us a call and we can give you an exact quote for the meat.
Hire of the Spit will only cost $200 per day, but when you purchase $250 of meat and above the Spit Hire is free… hows that for a great deal. (Conditions apply. further detail below)
